DIGITEL High Volume PM2,5 pre-separator DPM2,5/30/00

for autonomous and continuous measurements

The DIGITEL DPM2,5/30/00 pre-separator is constructed as a 1-stage impactor. The medianpoint Dp50 ('cut-point‘) of the probe separation plot is at an aerodynamical particle diameter of 2,5 µm. It will be achieved at a flow rate of 500 l/min (30 m³/h).
In order o keep the weight low, the tube is made of complete aluminium. All surfaces are treated with the long lasting proven and tested 'Ematal‘. The Ematal-surfaces haven't shown any negative effects so far on the particle substances of contents to be analysed.

The impactor plate can be taken out to be cleaned. To prevent the icing of the baffler at low temperatures the supporting surface above it is heatable.(the DIGITEL High Volume Sampler has to be equipped with the option 'special heating‘).
